Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. Press Add Assets
2. Press Connect Wallet/Exchange
3. On the Vezgo connector screen, press Continue
4. From the list, select Gemini
5. Create your Gemini API Keys:
a. Open a new tab and go to https://exchange.gemini.com
b. Log into your Gemini account
c. Click on your Profile icon in the top right
d. Click Settings from the dropdown menu
e. Click API
f. Click Create API Key
g. Select Primary Account
h. Click Next
i. Create a name for the API key (example: Merlin API)
j. Under API Key Settings, check the Auditor permission
k. Under IP Allow List, select Unrestricted
l. Click Create API Key
m. Complete the 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) if prompted
6. Once the API Key is created:
a. Copy the API Key
b. Return to Merlin and paste the API Key
c. Go back to Gemini and copy the API Secret Key
d. Return to Merlin and paste the Secret Key
e. Click Connect Account
7. Merlin will confirm that the Gemini account was successfully connected
8. Please note: Initial syncing can take a few minutes to a few hours depending on how many assets and transactions need to load.
